UNIVERSAL INTELLECTUAL AND INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT OF PERSONAL VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE: THE EVOLUTIONARY ACTIVITY APPROACH

The article examines a fundamentally new evolutionary activity approach to personal vocational guidance in a rapidly changing environment based on the principles of coevolution, integral systemic representation of the subject’s professional activity, personalisation, and conscious activity. The author substantiates the possibility and necessity to form an integral unified system model of representing the world of activity in the learner’s mind (a space for representing the subject’s professional activity), which provides personal intellectual and informational support for independent construction of real objects in the chosen area of interest and awareness of oneself as a subject of a relevant type of professional activity. It is shown that setting goals of one’s further education, making a decision on choosing a specialty, direction, profile of training and educational organisation is carried out in the process of professional reflection.
