DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT CREATIVITY IN DISTANT EDUCATION (THE EMPIRICAL STUDY EXPERIENCE)

The  article  substantiates  the  possibility  of  developing  students’  creativity  in  the 
conditions of distance education. The authors carry out a comparative analysis of the 
results of an empirical study on psychodesign of creativity among students of different 
specialties taking the authors’ distance elective course “Creativity. Experience of Self-
Development”, based on a multi-factor model of creativity and technology of reꥢexive 
self-organisation.  The  comparative  level  correlation  and  factor  analysis  revealed  the specifics  of  qualitative  changes  in  the  structure  of  students’  creativity,  dynamics  of development, and the most mobile psychological and stagnation zones.
