The article deals with the conflict competence of cadets of National Guard Forces Command institutes acquiring the military psychologist profession. The author notes that the dominant strategy of behaviour among military personnel is compromise, which indicates their ability to productively resolve interpersonal conflicts among military personnel, and their readiness for constructive interaction.
