The information society actualises the communicative turn in various spheres of human activity including the field of education, which is sensitive to the new challenges of modern civilisation. One of the answers is significant changes in the educational system: an alternative to the traditional educational strategy arises, increasingly replacing the previous educational model. The article provides a comparative analysis of classical and non-classical educational strategies based on an understanding of the essence of human. The article substantiates the thesis that dialogue is the most flexible and open form of interpersonal interaction, corresponding to the depth and diversity of human communication. In accordance with the hermeneutical concept of H.-G. Gadamer, the authors define conditions that are necessary for a constructive dialogue and the construction of a single semantic continuum, providing an educational orientation to human communication.
