The paper shows the importance of integration of values of various generational groups
under society’s atomisation. The author notes that the formation of value orientations of
the young generation takes place in the conditions of globalisation, and there is a chance
that values extraneous to the Russian tradition are formed. This results in an intergenerational con墓ict of values. The inter-generational con墓ict has an adverse impact on the consolidation of the Russian society, which is based on the core values that are stable in the axiological consciousness of different generations. The reliance of the system of national liberal arts education on the core values will provide the fomation of solidary society and its spiritual safety.
