The article discusses the personal determinants of prosocial and asocial behaviour of young people over the past 7 years. Purpose: to study the characteristics of the personal determinants of prosocial and asocial behaviour of young people. Objectives: consideration of the characteristic features of the behavior of young people in the virtual environment, codependent behaviour, addictive behaviour, extremist behaviour, as well as the development of citizenship of university students. Hypothesis: the study of the personality determinants of young people’s behaviour will help in the future to solve the issue of preparation and practical application of guidelines that will increase the level of prosocial behaviour and reduce asocial behaviour of young people. Research methods: analysis of research results and synthesis of the information obtained. As a result ofthe study, the authors come to the conclusion that effective prevention and correction of antisocial behaviour of young people should be carried out taking into account the diversity of the above-mentioned determinants.
