The article is devoted to the content of vocational education in the Beld of Kirishi artistic
lace-making, based on the example of the academic discipline “Technology of Kirishi
Artistic Lace-Making”. For the Brst time the author describes in detail the sequence of
making Kirishi lace, closely related to the skill and design of this type of folk art. The
article also presents facts from history: the locality of the Kirishi lace, names of lace
makers and artists, and names of traditional ornamental motifs.
