The article analyses the phenomenon of nihilism and its inꥢuence on the educational
and sociocultural environment in a situation of crisis of cultures. The hypothesis of the study suggests that in case of violations of the informational and communicative
culture of students, caused by its crisis and the pedagogical vectorisation of this process,
the formation of this category at a qualitatively high level is possible. An important fundamental problem is the formation of informational and communicative culture of
an individual, which helps to overcome a number of destructive phenomena, including
nihilism.
