Post-course support of teachers is an effective way to ensure a high professional level, 
to create conditions for continuous improvement of professional competence and per-
sonal enhancement. The conservatism of the qualifi cation upgrade system does not al-
low teachers to follow the trends in the global education system. This predetermines 
a decrease in the effectiveness of pedagogical practice. The model proposed by the au-
thor takes into account the existing problems and contradictions, immersing a teacher 
involved in the course retraining system into a special online environment of advanced 
professional growth.
