The article presents theoretical and experimental results of the practical implementation
of the pedagogical technology programme for forming professional responsibility of
future ofScers of the Russian FSB. The authors consistently describe the structure of the
pedagogical programme and technologies for its implementation, and also analyse the
empirical results obtained during the implementation of this toolkit in the real educational
process of military educational institutions of higher education.
