The article is devoted to the factors of increasing the job satisfaction of employees of
Volga Institute for Advanced Studies of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. It has been
shown that the more diverse factors that stimulate the activity of the staff and the clearer
the conditions for pecuniary and moral incentives, the less evident the impact of the
socio-economic situation, and the higher the activeness and satisfaction with profession.
