The reform of the national enrollment system of China enabled students to be
admitted to universities based on creativity examinations in Bne arts. If students
lack points to be admitted to liberal arts or natural science departments, they still
have chances to obtain higher education. Due to the policy aimed at the increase of
the number of students at universities, artistic specialities are rapidly developing
nowadays. The demand for art talents is high, and the enrollment scale of higher art
institutions has also expanded. Under the examination-oriented education in China,
many schools and training institutions actively create art classes and increase the
number of art students. Some high schools become art schools and form their own
approaches and methods.
