PROFESSIONAL SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF YOUNG TEACHERS OF SPECIALISED SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article is devoted to professional self-identiBcation of young teachers of specialised 
secondary educational institutions. Special attention is paid to the relationship between 
professional  self-identiBcation  with  certain  established  professional  preferences  and 
achievement motivation, satisfaction and attractiveness of real working conditions in 
educational establishments. The authors consider such indicators as “support”, “value 
orientations”, “sensitivity to oneself”, “self-esteem” and others. Based on scientiBcally 
proven tests, the study revealed signiBcantly meaningful connections between favourable conditions of work and successful practical activity of young teachers. The paper gives 
recommendations  on  the  improvement  of  work  with  young  teachers  of  specialised 
secondary educational institutions.
