The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of training personnel
of consolidated divisions of internal affairs bodies, who are being trained for further
ofɚcial travel and performance of operational tasks in the North Caucasus region. Special attention is directed to the fact that an innovative project on creation of a hardware and software complex “Interactive Desktop Tactical Installation” was developed and implemented on the basis of the department “Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies in
Special Conditions” of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal
Affairs. In the course of the study, the authors proved the need to include this scientiɚc
development in the educational process.
