The article reveals the importance of tasks with interdisciplinary content in forming the
competence of undergraduate students of the proBle “Geography – Life Safety” at the
Omsk State Pedagogical University. The content of tasks makes it possible to consider
the issues of health and healthy lifestyles while studying the course “Psychophysiological
Foundations of Health”. The effectiveness of using tasks with interdisciplinary content
in the learning process is revealed.
