THE MODEL OF COMPLEX ASSESSMENT OF COMPANY PERSONNEL

The article deals with the topical issue of complex assessment of company personnel in 
the banking sector. Currently, the existing personnel assessment does not meet the re-
quirements of modern commercial structures. The author of the paper proposes a method of personnel evaluation, which includes obtaining extended feedback, determining the level of professionalism, assessing competence and determining the degree of expression of certain qualities of staff. The model of complex personnel assessment consisting of 4 consecutive stages is developed. Based on the study, the author concludes that the proposed comprehensive assessment of personnel in the banking sector will improve the psychological climate in a team; create conditions for the manifestation and development of individual abilities of employees; form a cohesive team; improve the level of performance discipline.
