 The research is relevant due to the need to develop and popularise the pedagogical ideas oriented towards personality development of students in the educational process. The author aims to study teachers’ attitude to the implementation of personality-oriented
education in modern school. The research is based on the methods of questionnaire,
panel and focus-group study. As a result, the author interprets the obtained data and
determines the degree, dynamics, perspectives and risks of teachers’ realisation of
personality-oriented education.
