 Within the biopsychosocial model of functioning and participation of children with
disabilities, facilitating environmental factors include the presence of family and social
support, positions and attitude of different people. The study of this issue is focused on
identifying the position of the relationship in different social groups to disabled people
and directly to inclusive education. The author gives priority to the technologies of social
partnership of educational institutions aimed at creating the information space, effective
interaction for the formation of a tolerant attitude of people in the rehabilitation and
educational environment by means of socio-cultural, design and game activities.
