 The paper discusses the relationship between the willingness of teachers to implement
innovations in professional activity and psychological safety and comfort of the
school educational environment. The empirical study reveals significant relationships
between the components and conditions of teachers’ readiness for innovative activity
and indicators of psychological safety of the educational institution environment; the
most important of them are satisfaction with communication in social interaction and
protection against acts of psychological violence in the educational environment.
