The article covers the game theory principles through the “hierarchical game” method
applied as a tool of improvement of managing an organisational structure. The author
analyses the hierarchical game method in designing a construction company’s organisa-
tional structure under conditions of uncertainty. The author also proposes a method of
“playing the management scenario” at the stage of forming an organisational structure,
in order to minimise the mistakes in adapting the structure within a real company and to
provide optimal decision-making.
