The aim of the article is to develop a methodology for the synthesis of a model for social system management in the construction process. To develop the model, the authors used such management decision methods as decomposition, abstraction and aggregation. The result of the work is to create a formalized model for social
system management in the construction process. The authors came to the conclusion that the construction process management model is adequate and suitable for different socioeconomic situations.
