 The paper is devoted to the functioning of memory, moods and emotions arising in
different conditions of a person’s activity, and also problems in defining these concepts.
The author considers decision-making processes, personal characteristics of an
individual, his/her mood and emotions in terms of the model of memory functioning. The author also notes the need to form students’ value orientations using various pedagogical technologies.
