 The pedagogy of co-creation is investigated in the paper as an effective psychological 
and pedagogical mechanism of socialisation of children, adolescents and young adults. In particular, the author determines conditions under which co-creation between a child and a teacher, a child and a social environment gives the best result. They include: knowledge of the existing laws, regulations and rules of interpersonal communication, personal approach, free choice of types, forms and content of social activity by a socialisation object, purposeful formation of values, collective creativity, and creative self-management, dialogisation of relationships and forming of a positive self-concept.
