Contents of the professional va lues system among teachers of educati onal instit uti ons

 Тhe article presents the results of the comparative psychological and pedagogical
analysis of professional values of teachers at educational institutions. In order to reveal
professional values, the system of individual evaluative attitudes of 153 teachers is
studied. The paper describes the possibilities for a more sound approach to studying
professional values of teachers at educational institutions. The author characterises the content of the term “love for children”. The conceptual approaches to humanisation of educational activity are proposed.
