The paper is devoted to the development of a pedagogical model of integrated training
sessions aimed to educate physical qualities using the circuit training method, which
consists of preparatory, main and final components. The efficiency of the pedagogical
influences’ orientation was assessed on the basis of the result increment of motor tests characterising the development of physical qualities.
