The article explores the concept of architectural space as part of social space through the prism of the idea of justice. Architectural space is viewed as a collection of spatial
objects, which refl ect a socio-cultural model of the society, values and perceptions specifi c to the system’s dominant agent types. The authors argue that public space, which gives rise to the idea of justice, is an important part of architectural dimension, and highlight the main trends of current usage of public space.
