We generalize the experience of arranging general and specialized workshops for training and retraining experts who master modern EDA, process-and-device simulation tools for VLSICs, systems-on-chip and MEMS. The basis for these workshops is complex professional packages for the creation of microelectronic devices provided for the University academic programs by market leaders in EDA design: Cadence Design Systems, Synopsys, Coventor, Mentor Graphics,
Xilinx and etc.
