Kraybill Confl ict Style Inventory Validation

Предложенная Крейбиллом оценка валидности списка (инвентаря) конфликтных стилей использовалась достаточно часто в качестве прикладного инструмента для идентификации конфликтных стилей в низкострессовых и высокострессовых ситуациях. Однако в предыдущих исследованиях предлагаемый подход не анализировался с точки зрения надежности или валидности. Данная статья пред-
лагает оценку инвентаря путем определения уровня надежности, внутреннего постоянства и параллелизма. Результаты подтверждают, что список из 40 характеристик является надежным и валидным инструментом. Обсуждается возможность использования результатов исследования при оценке конфликтных стилей.
