RESEARCH ON THE VALUES OF HIGH-LEVEL MANAGERS

The article considers theoretical approaches to defining the concept of value, provides an overview and analysis of ways to form value orientations and factors that affect their development. Based on the Schwartz Value Survey, the key values of high-level managers are defined. The author conducts a comparative analysis of the distribution of values among managers by gender, and studies the ratio of the levels of value orientations in different categories of the population.
