CORPORATE CULTURE IN MANAGING A COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY

Corporate culture is one of the key components of successful work of a company, its de-
velopment and degree of staff effi ciency. Alongside with the demand for employees with 
a potential, knowledge and skills, modern companies increasingly require staff cohesion 
and sharing of common values. A high level of corporate culture is a factor affecting the 
quality and velocity of achievement of a company’s objectives. Therefore, it is necessary 
to improve the methods of corporate culture development, aimed at increasing perform-
ance effi ciency of all company employees and business as a whole, as well as ensuring 
high profi tability.
