Conductivity of Polymer Structure Based on Ni(II) Complex in Alternating and Direct Current Fields

 The paper presents the results of the study on electrophysical properties of metal-polymer films based on the transition metal compound with a Schiff base in constant and alternating electric fields. The frequency dependence of conductivity outside the electrolyte medium is established. The possibility of implementing a charge transfer hopping mechanism is shown. The analysis of the obtained data assumes the probability of thermofield ionization of local states occurring in the volume of the studied polymer structure.
