Moral and creative components of human agency are considered in the paper. The results of the experimental studу on agency development of junior schoolchildren are presented. The results show that the main psychological mechanism of the formation of the moral component of human agency is initiation, as well as the main psychological mechanism of the formation of the creative component of human agency is individualisation through creative activity.
