The article examines the empirical basis for tracking the psychological safety of junior
schoolchildren studying in cadet classes. These guidelines can be used to develop a
programme of psychological safety tracking. The author analyses the components of
the structure and interrelations between them, risks and resources of the psychological
safety of cadets.
