EVOLUTION- AND ACTIVITY-BASED EDUCATION AS A BASIS OF THE SYSTEMIC CONSOLIDATION OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY OF UNIVERSITIES, ENTERPRISES AND BUSINESS

The paper shows the strategically important role of university in the systemic
consolidation of science, production and business as the driving force of innovative
activity. Coordination of views and increase in the productivity of intellectual joint
activity of specialists of different hierarchical levels and profiles, representing and
realising the interests of interacting organisations, are ensured by means of universal
opportunities created by the intellectual information support of the generation of
new valuable knowledge at the right time in the right place of the professional space.
Intellectual information support is formed in the course of evolution- and activity-based
education. The uniqueness of evolution- and activity-based education consists in the
qualitatively new integral axiomatic organisation of the content of higher education, built
on the basis of a single fractal parameter of order – “activity”, which helps to eliminate
information barriers generated by the artificial reduction of knowledge of activity types.
