SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITIES OF A FUTURE OFFICERNEGOTIATOR-NEGOTIATOR

The paper is devoted to psychological support of a future officer-negotiator during his vocational education at a National Guard Forces Command institute. It is noted that conflict competence as professionally important quality cannot spontaneously translate into negotiation competence, but it is an essential condition for achieving the latter and requires specially organised training.
