THE EXPERIENCE OF INTRODUCTION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INTO THE INTERCULTURAL FRAMEWORK OF SECONDARY SCHOOL

 The article describes the practical experience of effective management of secondary
school through the introduction of quality management elements. The author presents
his model of intercultural framework in language school with its concept and philosophy.
An attempt to extrapolate some ideas of quality management into the pedagogical system is made. For this purpose, the author solves such experimental tasks as introduction of the school development concept, pedagogical support of the system, personnel training, quality management processes identification. The results of this activity are published in methodical articles and textbooks; the experience is generalised at conferences and workshops. The author determines the interaction spheres, develops principles of management, formulates the quality concept, and introduces the process approach ideas.
