The article considers both the theoretical basis and results of testing the programme
of overcoming teachers’ difficulties in the process of solving teachers’ professional
tasks – building of the educational process oriented on the formation of students’
positive motivation for learning. The article also reveals the content and conditions of
implementing the programme of intra-school training of teachers experiencing difficulties
and solving professional tasks in a reference group of colleagues.
