The paper covers the methodological bases of forming of intellectual labour culture
of undergraduate and master students, realised by means of scientific-philosophical,
psychological-pedagogical analysis in order to reveal the tendency of change of the
structural-semantic component in preparation of future specialists on the basis of
innovative approaches. The scientifically grounded designing of the educational process
of students and research activity of master students involves scientific-philosophical
and psychological-pedagogical rethinking of the intellectual labour culture of future
specialists, which will deepen the understanding of the essence and specificity of the
intellectual labour culture of future specialists in the new model of Kazakhstan education.
The observed stable patterns and principles of forming of intellectual labour culture are
necessary for writing methodological recommendations.
Key words: philosophical level, general scientific level and specific scientific level of
forming of the intellectual labour culture.
