The paper is focused on the normalisation of interrelations between junior commanders of higher educational institutions of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia and officers from one side and subordinate cadets from the other one. Noncommissioned officers are considered as an intermediate, but procedurally important link between officers of the course and subordinate cadets. The basis of this research is the analysis of behavioural markers of junior commanders, which can influence the quality of interrelations under study.
