The article analyses the studies on pedagogical abilities and their components of teachers of various subjects and describes the relationship with the multilevel properties of integral individuality. The authors give the data of the empirical research carried out at Perm Psychological School, which prove that teaching abilities are correlated with psychodynamic, personal and socio-psychological characteristics of personality.
