PRACTICE-ORIENTED TRAINING OF PEDAGOGICS BACHELORS AS A RESPONSE TO CHALLENGES OF THE FUTURE

 The article considers the problem of designing and implementing the practice-oriented
approach in training of bachelors in pedagogical programmes. The importance of
conversion to the practice-oriented approach is demonstrated in regard to preparedness
of graduates in solving study situation issues in future. The particular experience in the
design of independent work by a bachelor illustrates the successful applicability of the
practice-oriented approach. The impact of the transition to practice-oriented studying for
higher education is reviewed.
