O. E. Yelnikova
Price: 50 руб.
The article presents the results of the empirical research aimed at identifying the effect
of subjective assessment of the level of health on the formation of types of attitude to
disease. The experimental study included evaluation of the level of subjective evaluation
of health and diagnostics of types of attitude to disease. The author also evaluated the
heart rate variability and effi ciency of sensory fl ow analysis. Based on the results obtained from diagnostics of the level of subjective health assessment, the testees were divided into two groups: those who highly evaluated their health and those who considered themselves sick. It was revealed that high subjective evaluation of health contributes to the reduction of emotionality, increase of self-control, but leads to the decrease in sensitivity to sensory fl ow. A person obtains a well-established model of behaviour, but not aimed at health promotion and combating the disease.
K e y w o r d s: disease, health, subjective assessment of health.
