The article discusses the spiritual and moral aspect of gender education of school-age
children, and provides the data of the research on cadets’ mannerliness level. The data makes it possible to assess both the structure of the educational system, and the level of cadets’ mannerliness. The criteria are considered as priority, determining the level of efficiency of the school’s educational system. The diagnostics of the level of moral education was carried out among cadets of Kyzyl Presidential Cadet School. The input diagnostics was carried out in December 2014, repeated diagnostics – in May 2015. As a result of the study, the cadets obtained the highest scores in terms of patriotism, hard work and self-discipline.
