DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF SENIOR SCHOOL STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION

 The problem of pedagogical support of senior school students’ professional selfdetermination is considered in the paper. The author develops an algorithm of describing the model: diagnostics of professional preferences of senior students and their readiness for choosing a profession group; designing of measures of students’ training for professional choice; definition of targets of institutions for additional education, etc. The author presents a model of pedagogical support consisting of 7 stages, aimed at creating means for pedagogical support of an event network and carrying out professional tests. The model’s implementation helps students to compare their own (individual) capabilities, readiness, professional competence with requirements in some professional activity, and also to gain quick experience in a certain field of activity.
