The article is dedicated to the reception of traditional Indian medicine in social
consciousness and the attitude of the population towards the search for new forms of
study of human body. The results of verbal communication interviewing are presented.
The author analyses the relevant results of public satisfaction with the representation
of Ayurveda in society considering the interests of the respondent audience. The
survey defined the vector of commercialisation of neo-Indian trends and related social
institutions.
