THE HISTORY OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION AS AN INSTITUTION OF SOCIALISATION OF STUDENTS IN MODERN RUSSIA

 The study of the history of out-of-school education is the most important condition of
formation and development of a new pedagogical phenomena — the system of additional
education of students. We have more than 100 years of experience of out-of-school
education that can be used at the present time, therefore, the identification of positive
methods and forms of activity in the history of additional education is currently required.
The topicality of this problem has determined the choice of the research topic. The study
is aimed to identify the main stages of formation and development of the system of
additional education of students in Russia. The research subject is the development and
establishment of the system of additional education in Russia. The research methods
used by the author include: the analysis of psychological, pedagogical and historical
literature on the research problem, retrospective analysis, study of advanced pedagogical
experience. The practical significance of the research is that the results can be used in the learning process of students of pedagogical specialities.
