ORGANISATIONAL DIVERSITY AS A CRITERION FOR ESTIMATING THE SAFETY OF THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL SPACE OF ACTIVITY

 The article analyses the organisational diversity as a phenomenon of multidirectional
socio-psychological influence forming the context of activities and subjective perception
of protection of employees. The author reveals positive and negative impact of the
diversity on the possibilities of employees’ identification in the working environment,
professional realisation and performance. The author also marks the complexity of
managing the diversity and the main features of the diversity’s favourable climate.
