The paper analyses the teleological approach of Lon Fuller to the natural law theory.
Natural law is interpreted as a tool for achieving human life aims. The philosophical
question about the correlation of existing things and dues is considered in the context of
differentiation of facts, values and aims. The author justifies the position that in Fuller’s
conception natural law is applied to various forms of social regulation and social order.
Key words: natural law, social order, legal norm, legal procedure, values, aims and
tools.
