Pedagogical risks are considered in the article in different conditions of teachers’
professional activity. The authors study decision-making processes in the sphere of
pedagogical risks and note the probabilistic nature of ideas about the development of
educational systems and personal characteristics of an individual. The paper describes
the dependence of the influence of pedagogical risks on the efficiency of teachers’
professional activity. Professional competences of teachers are estimated in terms
of efficiency under the influence of different levels of risks. The authors emphasise
the need to search for optimum pedagogical technologies and further research of
pedagogical risks.
