THE SUBJECTIVE BIAS FACTOR IN VERBALISING HISTORICAL KNOWLEDGE IN HISTORICAL TEXT

 The article analyses specific features inherent in producing and verbalising historical
knowledge. The theoretical arguments and empirical observations are aimed at explaining the subjective bias phenomenon in verbalising historical knowledge in historical texts. This phenomenon is examined in a broad humanitarian, socio-political context, while the role of linguistic analysis of a historical text is defined as one of the relevant lines of revealing a historical bias. Special attention is paid to linguo-pragmatic means of author manifestation in a historical text.
